Q3 Microsoft CSP price adjustment lands 1 Oct — lock your renewal rate

Know what you own before you renew.

Not a portal you log into once a year. A live record of every license, key, seat and date — the thing most teams are keeping in a spreadsheet right now. It costs nothing and comes with every order.

The license vault

Every key you have ever bought from us, stored against the order that produced it. Keys are set in monospace so a transposed character is visible at a glance, and the certificate downloads as a PDF your auditor will accept.

  • Verified provenance. The distribution chain is recorded on every key, so an order reference can be checked with the publisher.
  • One-click copy. Keys copy clean, without the grouping spaces that break activation.
  • Role-based access. Finance sees the invoice, IT sees the key, and neither has to ask the other for it.

Renewal radar

Auto-renewal is where licensing budgets quietly break. Every term you hold sits on a timeline with the price you agreed to, so the conversation happens in month ten — not the week after the charge lands.

  • Alerts at 90, 60 and 30 days, to you and to whoever in finance needs the warning.
  • Locked quotes. We re-quote before the anniversary, not after it, so you are comparing against a real number.
  • Idle seats surfaced, so you renew the count you actually use rather than the count you bought two years ago.

Idle-seat detection

The most common finding on a first review is simply that a team is paying for more seats than it has people. Assigned-but-unused licenses do not announce themselves in an admin centre — they sit in the total and get renewed on autopilot.

The platform flags seats that have gone unused, shows how long they have been idle, and tells you what reclaiming them would save at your current rate. What you do about it is your call; we do not gate the finding behind a conversation.

Export for finance and audit

Everything exports to CSV: licenses, seats, keys, renewal dates, order references, and spend by period. If your finance team wants the data in their own model, they can have it without asking us to run a report.

What it costs

Nothing, at any seat count. There is no tier, no per-seat charge, and no feature held back for a paid plan. It exists because customers who know what they own renew more accurately, which is better for everyone — a renewal that reflects real usage is one nobody has to argue about later.

Licenses we did not sell you

Existing perpetual licenses can be loaded into the vault for tracking even where we were not the reseller, and subscriptions bought elsewhere can often be transferred at renewal. Our license transfer policy sets out what moves and what publisher rules prevent.

How it gets set up

It does not need a project. Your first order populates it, and anything you send us from an existing estate gets loaded alongside. There is no agent to install, nothing to deploy to endpoints, and no access to your tenant required — the record is built from what you buy and what you tell us you already hold. See how an order runs for the full sequence.
