Genuine keys, delivered same day.
Four steps, no procurement theatre. Most orders go from first email to delivered keys inside one business day, and you know which case you are in before you approve anything.
01 · Tell us the need
An email, a spreadsheet, or a screenshot of the error your users are hitting. No SKU knowledge required — describing the outcome you need is enough, and it is usually more useful than a part number someone guessed at.
The more of this you can include, the fewer rounds it takes: roughly how many people need it, whether you already have a tenant or existing licenses, and when you need it by. Typically five minutes of your time.
02 · We quote it firm
Within four business hours you get a written recommendation: the license that covers what you described, the cheaper alternative where one exists, and the price. Not a link to a cart — a recommendation with reasoning attached, so you can forward it to whoever signs off without translating it first.
Quotes are firm for thirty days. Nothing in that window changes the number, and there is no pressure to sign inside it. How our pricing works explains what moves the figure up or down.
03 · Keys are delivered
Approved orders are fulfilled through authorized distribution and delivered as a signed license certificate containing the keys, the terms, and the order references procurement will ask for.
Timing depends on what you bought, and we tell you which case applies before you approve:
- CSP subscriptions and electronic keys — minutes after approval.
- Perpetual licenses requiring publisher registration — usually the same day, sometimes the next business morning.
04 · We watch the clock
Your term goes onto the renewal radar with idle-seat tracking and alerts at 90, 60 and 30 days. This is ongoing and costs nothing. It is the part that stops a renewal happening at a rate nobody agreed to, which is the single most common way licensing budgets break.
What you get in writing
- A recommendation naming the license and why it fits
- The cheaper alternative, where one genuinely covers the need
- A firm price, held for thirty days
- A signed license certificate with keys and order references
- A PDF for your asset register
Payment
Card or bank transfer on the order by default. Net-30 is available on approved business accounts after a first order, and we can invoice against a PO number where finance requires one. The terms of sale set out the detail.
If something is wrong
If a key does not activate, tell us and we will replace it — that is what sourcing through authorized distribution is for. If we recommended the wrong license and you have not deployed it, say so; subscription terms can usually be corrected early, and we would rather fix it than defend it. Where publisher rules genuinely prevent a change, we will tell you that plainly rather than let you find out later.
